Educational Background and Business Experience
Marques Blank is the Managing Member and Investment Adviser Representative of Blank Capital Partners LLC. He holds an MBA from the University of South Dakota (2010), a BA in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Augustana University (2009), and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation (License No. 54694). He has passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination.
Mr. Blank has fifteen years of progressive finance experience across five major institutions, including Citibank, N.A. (securitization investor reporting), Lantheus Medical Imaging (NYSE: LNTH, public company FP&A), and Northrop Grumman Corporation (Senior Finance Manager, $1.6 billion business unit).

Marques Blank does not receive economic benefits from any third party for providing advisory services.
Supervision
As the sole managing member and Chief Compliance Officer, Marques Blank is responsible for the supervision of all advisory activities. The firm utilizes Hadrius, an AI-native compliance technology platform, for automated oversight with independent, timestamped audit trails. The firm maintains a structured annual compliance calendar and intends to engage a qualified independent compliance professional to conduct the annual compliance review.
